Who We Are
Our names are Angelica and Beatrice and we are sisters who got inspired by the idea of converting an old farm with agricultural land attached that our grandfather had purchased back in 1958. This exclusive area offers a sensation of peace and serenity that will accompany you throughout your visit. We also have another well known facility situated in the heart of Florence: “Grand Hotel Cavour” is very near to Piazza della Signoria and is proud of its quality reception which spans over two decades….Making our guests feel at home is very important to us.
The Guadalupe Resort was observed closely throughout each phase of its conversion: from the laying of the first brick right down to the most minute detail of choosing the décor. Research that lasted over a year to provide furnishings in arte povera style, light and colours…which makes this structure a small haven for those who adore the countryside but at the same time are looking for a place by the sea. Fabulous Castiglione della Pescaia with its lovely shore is very close by. The complex abides by all energy conservation requirements since it was built with the latest standards in insulation: a roof which is both insulated and ventilated in special wooden boards, solar panels in order to have warm water, plus the application of lime in the paint in order to allow the walls to ‘breathe’ as well as noiseless and low consumption heating and cooling systems.
